Program Overview:
The goal of this program is to build our local race community by supporting local elite and developing riders. Our mission is to provide support to up-and-coming athletes and for elite racers not committing to a full domestic UCI season. This program is open to Cat 1/2 racers, UCI Jrs, and Cat 3 athletes showing promising progression. Athletes must apply to be considered for this program.
Local Elite Program Benefits:
Clothing (2 kits, long sleeve skinsuit, jacket).
1 Pair of Shoes.

1 pair of Sunglasses.
Discounts on up to two CX race bikes which are then owned by the athlete. (Must be purchased at team night.)
Up to 25% off additional bikes.
20% discount on bike-related purchases from the shop.
Opportunity to receive an invitation to come to additional UCI weekends and receive support as an elite racer with CER at Team Director discretion.
Opportunity to attend European race trips at Team Director discretion.
Club Tent Space at select Local races.
Emergency mechanical support at the main team-supported races. (routine mechanical support is up to the individual racer).
Requirements:
Riders must be from the New England Region. (Includes New York)
Riders must attend the CER gravel fundraiser.
Riders must attend 3 of the 4 UCI races (Rochester, Really Rad, NoHo, Charm City) as well as 6 other New England based races.
Riders must compete in CER kit in all CX races.
Riders will be required to provide their own in-race pit support during all races.
Primary race bike must be 100% sponsor correct. (Trek, Shimano, Challenge)
Riders are encouraged to attend community events (ie. cx practices, monday night group rides, vanished valley races, etc).
Riders are encouraged to attend USAC national championships.
Financial Responsibility:
Riders must be racing on one sponsor-correct bike, and provide their own lodging and travel for events.
