Road Local Elite Program
Overview:
The Objective of this program is to create an environment for Junior and U23 riders to race together as a team, to learn the ideas of tactics of racing with a single goal in mind. The Goal of this program is to have a presence in the local race environment while supporting developing riders. Selection for this program is application based. We will provide a neutral ground for Athletes and Parents to work with others to plan travel and lodging logistics.
Structure:
The program will consist of no more than 8 athletes from the Northeast. Athletes must be U23 or Juniors.

Clothing (2 Kits, 1 skin suit) Additional Clothing available at a discount.
1 pair of shoes
Helmet
1 pair of sunglasses
Discounts on up to two road bikes. (bikes would then be owned by the Athlete). Must be purchased at Team Night for Team night special.
Up to 20% off additional bikes
Access to emergency parts at select events.
Opportunity to receive an invitation to come to additional race trips with the Domestic Elite program.
Club tent space at select local races.
Requirements:
Riders must be from the New England Region. (Includes New York)
Riders must attend as many CER events as possible (includes road races, gravel events, and cyclocross races)
Riders are encouraged to attend the frozen 4 races, 3 new england based road races, as well as 1 of the New England stage races.
Riders are encouraged to attend USAC National Championships
Riders must compete in a sponsored correct CER kit at all road races.
Primary race bikes must be 100% sponsor correct. (Trek, Shimano, Challenge)
Financial Responsibility:
Must be on sponsor correct equipment
Lodging for events
Travel to events
Registration for events.
